About: Per-Arne Fors
Born in 1943 in Sweden
Senior consultant. Founder of QP and Managing Director since 1985.

Competence: Project leadership and advice on implementation of process oriented management systems according to ISO 9000, 45000, 14001, OHSAS 18001, The EFQM Excellence Model, SIQ-model (Swedish model for TQM) and Malcolm Balridge Quality Award.

Experiences: Project experience from companies producing food, security (watching), printing, distance heating, tyre, paper, welding equipment, hardening, manufacturing, workshops, transports, office equipment, alarm systems, software, automat services, outsourcing and public service.

Special Experiences:

• Lecturer in quality assurance at Mälardalens University, Västerås
• Chairman of the board within the Swedish Association for Quality
• Swedish representative in European Federation for Quality Management and Quality Circles (EFQCA)
• Author of the book The Quality Circle 1986
