To lead “quality projects” to achieve a third party certification has become our speciality.
Through our long experience we know all the traps to achieve an efficient management system and we have therefore created a smart concept that easily fulfils the purposes of ISO 9001 and its “eight management principles”.

By using ISO 9001 as a main tool we are forming company structures from the bottom.
Other applicable standard as ISO 14001 (environment) and OHSAS 18001 (work environment) can easily be integrated.
Those companies that strive for “world class performance” we may proceed with continual improvements using total quality models (TQM) until the management system will stand out as an example for all other enterprises within the business.

We have run quality projects in companies employing from 3 and up to 2500 people within different kind of lines of businesses and cultures. This variety has made us accustomed to deal with the new and unexpected.
The result of the quality project is normally an approval by a certification body which also audits our project process each year. To have a certificate ourselves to “develop management systems” is our guarantee for doing the right job within our customers’ companies.
